Consulty is a technology marketplace that helps clients discover and engage independent experts, freelancers, professional service providers and specialist companies. Providers deliver their services independently; Consulty operates the marketplace and does not provide those professional services itself.

Professionals and freelancers add their expertise, services and at least one supporting credential or licence before their profile can appear. Consulty does not independently verify these documents, so clients should assess whether a provider fits the specific task or project.

Choose a published service on the professional’s page, submit the required details and complete payment using an available payment method. The provider can then confirm the appointment, one-time service or project details through the platform.

Send the scope and any relevant files securely through the professional’s page. The provider reviews the request and may decline it or send a proposal with the price, currency, deliverables and proposed timeline. You review the proposal before accepting and paying.

For a paid session, the professional adds the confirmed time and meeting link through the platform. The client receives the appointment details and can access the link when the meeting time arrives.

A professional may list more than one service jurisdiction when they have the relevant experience or authority. Check the jurisdictions and limitations shown on the profile before booking, especially for legal, tax or regulated work.

An unpaid request may be cancelled from the client dashboard. After payment, cancellation, refund and dispute requests are handled under Consulty’s applicable policies and the terms of the payment provider.

Create a professional account and it becomes active immediately. Complete your profile, define your expertise and service locations, publish at least one consultation, freelance service or custom project offer, and attach at least one professional credential or licence.
